Financial Responsibility

Patients are responsible for any deductibles, co-payments, or amounts not covered by insurance. These payments are due prior to the delivery of services. St. Augustine Ambulatory Surgery Center accepts personal checks and major credit cards. Payments may be made securely over the phone before your procedure or at the time of check-in. If you have any questions regarding your financial responsibility, our team will be happy to assist you.

Questions About Your Bill

After discharge, you will receive a statement for any remaining balance once your insurance company has processed your claim. Payment is due upon receipt and may be made by personal check or credit card. If you have questions about your statement, please contact the billing department using the phone number provided on your invoice.
